Spanish bank account

• A Spanish bank account is needed to make the payment. (single payment)

Passport

• This insurance is designed for expats, so it’s an essential requirement to have a passport with a photo, for the medical insurance procedure.

Reside in Spain

• In addition to an address in Spain, we will need a contact telephone number and an email address. (*Not valid in Asturias, Cantabria, Navarra and Basque country)

Ages 0-70

• It covers you until your 70th birthday.

Medical questionnarie required

• In order to be approved for this insurance, there is a mandatory medical questionnaire.  You must be in perfect health to be accepted.
